Often the root cause of chronic illnesses, parasites are more common than you think. If you’ve been sick for years, parasites could be causing some of your symptoms. Discover how to properly detect and eliminate them!
Parasites are multicellular organisms that live inside a host and survive by taking food and nutrients from that host. Our food comes from all over the world, and if you’ve traveled, you can pick up parasitic infections and strains that are rarely tested for in your home country. Pets can pass them on, too.
In humans, these organisms can cause a wide array of symptoms — digestive trouble, skin rashes, irritability, teeth grinding, heart palpitations, anxiety, depression and many more — and many people are unknowingly infected.
You can do all the right things: Eat a super clean diet, filter your water, filter your air, work out, take supplements... but unless you’ve made sure you don’t have a parasitic infection, you may not make progress when it comes to your health issues.
Could parasites be linked to your health concerns?
