Jonas Koffler

Jonas Koffler is a co-founder of the Mental Wellness Summit, social innovator and entrepreneur specializing in empowering health and human potential through his research and ventures, which include LadaLabs, Radical Wellness Inc. and others. Jonas is a long-time advocate and practitioner of empathy, mindfulness, yoga and wellness rituals. 

He is a New York Times bestselling author with work translated in ten languages as well as an award-winning writer and producer at Koffler Pictures, where he and partners are currently working on a new documentary film on music, mental health, and community. Jonas tragically lost his younger brother Ben to suicide in 2018 and more recently lost his father Richard to COVID-19 in 2020.

Ross is co-founder of the Mental Wellness Summit, a health and wellness education company that explores the potential for a mind, body and spirit approach to addressing mental health challenges from a root-cause resolution perspective. 

Ross is a Relational Somatic therapist, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, Conklin-Method Cellular Cleansing Associate, Reiki Energy Medicine Practitioner, and trained in Hypnotherapy.  His studies span countless modalities and techniques in his vigorous pursuit of optimal wellness.

In 2013 he co-produced and co-wrote the prominent award-winning feature-length documentary Bipolarized highlighting his self-directed odyssey back to a revitalized existence. The film has been screened at dozens of film festivals worldwide and honored with numerous awards. It is consistently met with widespread acclaim for its increasing relevance in this era of awakening, transformation offering a new paradigm in how we approach mental health.

John Dempster, ND, FAARFM, ABAAHP, is a board-certified naturopathic doctor, founder, and medical director of The Dempster Clinic –Center for Functional Medicine. He uses a functional medicine model to treat patients with various conditions such as mental illness, autoimmune disease, and digestive disorders. His approach emphasizes the importance of optimizing biochemical, metabolic, and hormonal function using integrative and evidence-based medicine to promote overall health.

In addition to working with patients at his Toronto-based clinic, Dr. Dempster is also the co-founder of The Mental Wellness Summit, one of the world’s largest web-based forums that provides natural solutions and root cause resolution for mental illness.
